Print/PDF Accordion Content

I have a site in development where there are several pieces of content on the page that are hidden in an accordion style setup. So the user can expand/collapse to see the content. However, when the user clicks to print or create a PDF I want all the collapsed content to show. How do I set that up? I tried adding CSS styles of display: block for those areas but that does not seem to have worked.
