    You need to modify the plugin itself.

    Find (Around Line 153, 157, 161): rel="nofollow"
    Replace: rel="nofollow" target="_blank"

    Please add this as a plugin option for future releases. It would be great to have this feature.

    I’ve changed the plugin code to support the _blank attribute but my change will be overwritten as soon as you release the next update.

    In the same spirit, would it be possible to have a pop-up window for the printing page? Or how can I make the change?
