Print-O-Matic link and icon do not show up

    Hi,

    On my website the Print-O-Matic link and the print icon do not show up on the page where I placed the shortcode. Odd is that the default print title does show up on the page. In my case, it is “Seite Ausdrucken”.

    Can somebody give me further instructions on this?

    There seems to be many errors on this page.
    how exactly are you using the shortcode?
    please post an example of the shortcode you are using here.

    I’m working with WP Bakery and I added a raw html block with the shortcode [print-me]. That’s it.

    can you confirm that the link you posted is correct and that the page is working as desired except for the shortcode not rendering?
    Have you been able to get the shortcode to work on any other pages on the site?

    the link is correct and the site ist working good. I have tried to place the shortcode on other pages with no luck.

    Can you check the site again after either clearing the cache or using private mode? The layout of the site does not look correct and there are a number of js issues being reported in the console.

    Other than that, the following HTML is being generated by the shortcode:

    So the only reason for the icon not to show is because the plugin’s CSS file is not being loaded. It seems you are using a CDN and maybe some kind of CSS minification / combination routine? Regardless the CSS file is not being loaded on the page.

    Sorry we can not be of further assistance, but there are other issues at play.
