Print Names from Contact Form 7 submissions

I am building a site with a contact form made with Contact Forms 7. I know this is possible but I can’t figure out how to make it work: I want to be able to print a list of the names of people who filled out the contact form on my page after they sign it.

I know this is done with WordPress Pods somehow. I know how to actually print the signatures with pods, the part I can’t figure out is how you get the pods table that I’ve created to auto-update with new signatures when contact forms are sent.

I’ve hunted around everywhere for an answer to this, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
