Print My Blog Error

Hi, we cannot get this plugin to work in creating a .PDF copy for us. The site is quite large, and we do feature several unique content areas such as Insights, Professionals etc. that the quick print option will not pull (probably doesn’t recognize it as a Page or Post). We we go to generate the PDF we get the following error: “There was an error preparing you content. Please visit the Print help page”
