Print Label Page is Blank

    Hi just installed this plugin and the settings are updated. When I try to print a label on an order the screen is blank. Our system details:

    WooCommerce Shipping Label (BASIC) 2.2.9
    Woocommerce 3.5.1
    PHP 5.6.38
    Wordpress 4.9.8

    We also have USPS (WooCommerce Services) enabled to allow postage to be charged to the customer, but we don’t want to use their shipping label print, we want to be able to just print the label without a prepaid shipping barcode and get it paid at the post office. I suspect this may be why your plugin is not working. Is it possible to use your plugin within this environment?

    Hi @orion1s,

    We have checked with WooCommmerce Services and the plugin performs correctly in our dev/test environments. The plugin fetches the address and other details from the particular order and generated the shipping label, thus having another print label service will not affect this.

    Could you try using our WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels plugin which also supports similar features.

    I installed the other plugin and when I try to print the label I at least get an error message:

    Unable to print Shipping Labels. Please check the items in the order.

    This is a test order I did with a test product, but I deleted the test product once the site was live. Could this be why both plugins aren’t working, because the product that is in the order was deleted?

    Your analysis is correct. To print the shipping labels, the items in the order should be present in the site. Please try printing an order with an existing item.

    Let us know if the issue persists.
