Print ID in thankyou page

Hi, i’m trying your pluging and it works fine.
I would like to display the ID in the thankyou page displayed by the user. How can I do it?
Now I managed to recall it in the url from the CF7 settings (for example: https://www.progettorimborso.it/grazie-di-averci-contattato-landing/?submission_id-landing=12).
