Print button doesn’t work

  • First, let me say that after trying so many social share plugins, I’m so glad I found this one – love it! It’s so easy to set up, and tons of customizing options.

    My question: Does anyone know why the Print button doesn’t work? All of the other buttons work when I test them, but when I click on the Print button, nothing happens. Is there some WordPress setting that I’m missing, or something else? When I tested it on staging it worked fine, and staging is the exact duplicate of the production site, so I don’t even know where to begin looking. Thanks!

    Odd that it works in staging but not production, so perhaps some other site component is interfering.

    Post the URL to your site if you can. You may also troubleshoot by trying other browsers/devices and temporarily deactivating other plugins.
