Sorry I forgot, you need to turn this feature on, it off by default. Goto Setting > System Settings > Box View Options > Show Print and Download Buttons

Unfortunately no change :o(. Am using an iPad with current OS and browser

On another note. Have noticed that the columns of my Document Libaray Lists on the public site are all now equally spaced. on all browsers. Can you please confirm that nothing has been done to change these. If not, will check with the developer of my Theme who has made some changes about the same time. Can submit as a seoarate post if it turns out to be something.

    Many thanks

Just to say that the columns issue was due to recent Theme changes which has now been corrected by the developer

I just tested with an iPad and yes I don’t see the buttons either. My guess is that it is a Box API issue. I will dig a little deeper and see what I can find out.

I have some bad news, unfortunately the safari browser on IOS does not support the download/print functionality. Maybe in the future but currently it will not work.

Ah, what a pity. Thanks for investigating. Will patiently wait for the next Safari update and see what happens
