I try to add title but it does not work. I use the code this

checked out your link, and when you roll over the icon, the title tag is working.
What did you expect to see?

I have a site very similar to this. How can I do it like he has it now?

The print icon on top of every post and when user clicks on the print button, the image/photo opens up only (without text and comments) and there is another link on the bottom of the pop up that says “print.”

I am not a coder so any detailed technical help will be much appreciated!
