primary widget area text widgets didn't import over or export out correctly??

    I created 3 ‘Arbitrary text or HTML’ widgets in the primary widget area and exported the database then imported the sql file into another database and now when I load the site on the new location the widgets have disappeared?? Can anyone help solve this mystery please?
