Primary Navigation menu AND Mobile Navigation Menu?

Under Appearance>Menus>Menu Settings>Theme Locations, I have checked Primary Navigation. That is what I want in PC view. I also want mobile navigation in mobile view. However, when i check both, Mobile Navigation seems to override Primary Navigation in both the PC view and mobile view. Is there a way to have a different theme location in PC view and in mobile view?
