• Hello! Tonight when I went into to update my Primary menu at the top of my website, I went into: Appearances, then Menu. I tried to delete the two menu items, SAMPLE and PRICING as I don’t need those right now.

Here’s my site: [ redundant link removed ] so you can see the two said items yet sticking stalwartly to the top menu.

I’m using a developer’s Generate Press Child’s theme, which is active. I did contact this developer, but, he says in his reply that he might not get back to me for 10 days. I have to launch my website for homeschoolers now. I can’t wait to have this resolved. Should I uninstall this and replace it with my new Generate Press Pro theme and then try to fix the menu? I’m not a developer and I’m scared to do this without direction. I do, of course, have back-ups of my site held within my host, SiteGround. I could always revert to an older version.

What could be going on? What should I do to fix this?

Please ask theme specific questions in that themes’s dedicated sub-forum instead.

Thanks, Jan. I appreciate your gracious action there.

    Update:

I was able to change the primary menu within Thrive Architect. I had completely forgotten that I had set up my header and footer menus withing Thrive Architect theme builder’s menu features.

    BUT, now:

I’ve discovered a new weird issue on my main domain site https://natureglosescience.com. I also have a subdomain where all of my LifterLMS courses are held. This issue is NOT affecting my subdomain. This issue is JUST found at natureglosescience.com. That may be a clue.

    Here’s the issue:

    1. There is now a clickable list to ALL of my WordPress pages is found at the top of my Reviews and Blog post pages. So, when people go to those pages (see my Blog example here): https://natureglosescience.com/nes-blog/ They see this huge annoying clickable list of my WordPress pages, many pages I DO NOT WANT folks to see. I should probably make them private?

    2. In order for people to see my blog posts (or my Reviews here: https://natureglosescience.com/nes-online-course-reviews/) They have to scroll down beneath the annoying big list of all of my other pages to see my blog posts or reviews! I don’t know how this could have happened.

    3. I don’t know how to get rid of it.

    4. Also, when I now create a new page, the annoying list appears at the top of the page with no way for me to delete it, that I can find.BUT, when I copy a landing page built within Thrive Architect the annoying list DOES NOT appear at the tops of those. Another clue?

I’m considering purchasing the new Thrive Themes Shapeshift theme builder and replacing my Generate Press child theme.

    5. Do you think the ShapeShifter theme coulddl solve this weird issue for me? I’m thinking it MIGHT be a theme issue. I’m using a Generate Press child’s theme on both the main and subdomain sites. Since I use so many of Thrive’s plugins, I’m wondering if it might make better sense to deactivate my child Generate Press theme I have on both my main domain and subdomain and replace it with Thrive Theme’s new theme, Shapeshifter.

    7. Can you help me figure out how to get rid of this annoying list/menu of all my pages and will Shapeshifter help me alleviate it?

Thank you for taking a look.
