Primary Menu Drop Down on Front Page not working

Your dropdown menus are working. However, the arrows are not being displayed. This is because the javascript is not loading on your site.

I’m 99% sure this is due to a plugin conflict. Most likely, you have an out-of-date plugin active on your site. You will need to deactivate each plugin one-by-one, then refresh your site after each deactivation in order to find the culprit plugin. I hope this helps!

The drop downs on the page are working but when you zoom in or make the window smaller and the menu switches from being displayed horizontally to being a drop down that drop down isn’t working. I hope that I am explaining that more accurately.

I have deactivated all of my plugins and it is still not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ah, I believe you’re referring to the mobile menu. I see it’s not working on your site. However, it works as intended within our demo and upon a fresh install of the theme, https://lite.givingpress.com/.

Have you made any custom code edits to the theme? Are you using a child theme?

Unfortunately, we are unable to troubleshoot issues that are a result of custom code changes made to the theme. If you’re using a child, and have duplicated any files such as header.php or functions.php, my recommendation would be to update those files from the latest version of the theme.
