hi, I added a primary key and set the following as TRUE
1.Do not update entry, if already exists
2.Do not create new entry in Zoho

I tried to send a contact form with fake email that is not registered in our Leads and got an error on your logs “ENTRY DOES NOT EXISTS”

why it is not working? i do not want to create new lead if i already have one with the same email, seems like the checkbox is causing some troubles

it is message from plugin that “ENTRY DOES NOT EXISTS” and plugin did not create new entry.
because you have set “Do not create new entry in Zoho”

this is very confusing, it is set not to create new entry when primary key is duplicate if i understand it correctly.
this is set on the primary key tab, and i tested an email that is not registered and gt an error and the Lead was not created

“Do not create new entry in Zoho” is dependent on primary key, where we should place it

ok so what happens if i already have a lead with same email? will you create dup?
for my logic it says “if you see Lead in CRM with same primary key do not create new Lead and do not update lead”

if it is a general setting that not creates new entry it needs to be as general setting.

if you set primary key then plugin will search for entry , it is clear https://i.imgur.com/TNeSVOd.png
1=if entry does not exist then creates new one
2=if entry exists then updates it

You can disable both with those checkboxes
