Primary key issue

hi, I added a primary key and set the following as TRUE
1.Do not update entry, if already exists
2.Do not create new entry in ZohoI tried to send a contact form with fake email that is not registered in our Leads and got an error on your logs “ENTRY DOES NOT EXISTS”
why it is not working? i do not want to create new lead if i already have one with the same email, seems like the checkbox is causing some troubles
