Pricing per kg to show

Hi, I have two products I am selling. A full lamb and a half lamb. These are sold for a price of $12.50 per kg (Australian). Is it possible to have kg after the price in the products page so people know when they view, the lamb is being sold as $12.50 per kg? I have set my product measurement weight to kg in WooCommerce.

Thank you for your help. I am very much a beginner to this so if this can be done would appreciate the steps to be clearly set out so i can understand what to do.
