Pricing Option Totals List

We have a customer who offers an item with case, and one of the options with to be sold without a case, $-10. The Discount prices works with the plugin and it adds to the cart correctly, but when you are on the actual product page, the regular options total up, but when you add the -10 it doesn’t show up. Any suggestions?
