Pricing for existing user role

    Hi

    I was looking for a plugin that offers role based pricing that is also compatible with Aelia Currency Switcher and Aelia have recommended you themselves.

    I need to know if it is possible to use existing user roles with this solution rather than create one with Wholesale Suite. We have a user role of ‘Staff’ for our client which is assigned automatically to staff members who register with an approved work email domain so can’t just create the user role within the WholeSuite plugin.

    Hello @murpheus ,

    Roles made under our plugins are the only ones who will get to experience the features that we offer. Your existing role “Staff” will not be able to see the wholesale prices or take advantage of our features. You need to move them to the role from our plugin, and you cannot assign multiple roles (Staff and Wholesale Customer) per user because only one role is allowed. Also, we are compatible with Aelia, so there should be no issue.

    Unfortunately, our wholesale pricing only applies to roles created using our plugin. Using existing roles is not possible at the moment.
