Pricing deal with multiple currency

On the website when i am trying to apply discount on product with price of INR 499 and quantity 3 it is discounted perfectly now the main catch is what if i want to apply discount when the currency is different and switched by customer (in my case from INR switched to dollar) and value is different as well (INR 499 to $12) or any other currency but the product is same.
How should i discount product when the currency is switched by the customer.
