    Hi there! I am having some difficulty understanding your pricing. My customer has a e-commerce marketplace. So, every shop has it’s own independent shop under the same URL. The point is that every shop has independent video call from all the other shops.

    Which plan applies?

    Hello and thanks for the great question!
    For multiple agents, answering video calls from multiple sites (shops), you’d need our enterprise plan. In fact, in any multi-agent account scenario, you’d need the enterprise plan.
