  • Hi @denizutku

    Thanks for reaching out!

Google has recently updated its specification for a large amount of eCommerce schema, and this is now causing a few errors in Google Search Console that didn’t occur before, such as the ones reported here. With this new update, WooCommerce products are now coming up as invalid due to Missing field "priceType" (in "offers.priceSpecification")

Our team is already aware of this and is currently looking into how we need to adapt our plugins to meet the new eCommerce specification.

We do appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention, and we have confirmed the problem you reported and created a bug report for our development team.

As soon as our development team has a clear indication of which release this problem will be solved in, we’ll provide an update.

Thanks to the whole developer team.

    Best regards.

    Hello

Wondering if there is an ETA on this as it is now hitting nearly 1000 of my 4000 products and seems to be unresolvable.

    Hi @robadeedoo123,

Currently, the bug report doesn’t have a priority. The dev team will be reviewing the bug report and assigning priorities shortly. We will be able to assist with an ETA once a priority is assigned for the bug report.

For feedback I would say this is a very significant issue affecting pretty much every woocommerce store and has significant potential to tank SEO for wordpress stores ?? I hope that assists with the priortisation!

    Hello,

I understand what you are saying, please note the updates on this issue can be followed directly on the Github thread shared above by xue28. Sorry for the inconvenience and let us know if there are any questions.

I also get this error, should I wait before pressing validate fix in search console

    Hi @startechmarketing

Since you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic? We’ll be more than happy to help there ??

OK, but I thought since this is the same issue I put here per guidelines. Sorry I make a new one with the same problem then.
