We have added the filter through which you can show the cart total with all taxes and the shipping fees.

// Show product table with cart total including tax and shipping cost
add_filter( 'woo_ca_recovery_enable_cart_total', '__return_true' );

Please add the above filter to function.php file of the child theme.

@cartflows Do not put ?filter=5 on your review link again. That hides the non-5 star reviews and is being a little dishonest. The reviews default to 5 stars and you do not have to hide anything that was.
