Prices showing without vat

Hope you’re doing well.
I’m sorry that you are experiencing inconveniences, and I do understand how this can be frustrating.

As you mentioned the option is set correctly:
WooCommerce –> Settings –> Tax
Display prices in the shop and Display prices during cart and checkout
If both are set to “Including Tax” we’ll need to take a look on your staging site to look for the root of the problem.

To do this contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.
You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there and is safe to share sensitive data as staging credentials .

Please also send us the feed link on “Marketing > Pinterest” and a screenshot of your products on your Pinterest account showing the prices.

Hi Christian,
The feed from ‘pinterest for woocommerce’ is showing the prices without vat. Can i just check before i do all this that the expected behaviour of the plugin mirrors what i think it should?

If i display prices including tax on the site as is the norm in the uk should pinterest for woocommerce show the same price?

So if i set a product at ￡6.50 on the site. Making it ￡5.42 without vat. Should the price on pinterest (or just in the feed) be ￡6.50 or ￡5.42?

We found an issue with the feed creation and prices including tax.

Right now our development team is working on it.

I will close this thread since we only should wait for the bug fixing.
