    I have a few different issues that are happening. On my category page some prices show up and some don’t (missing price on both simple and variable products). Same thing on the product detail page, for some items the price shows and for others it doesn’t (and I cannot figure out why). When an item is added to the cart I can see by looking at my cart that it’s working but the prices aren’t showing up on the page. Also, it doesn’t seem to matter whether items are in stock or not. I’ve linked a screenshot for further clarity. When the plugin works it works great! But I need to know before investing in the Pro version that it will work for all my clients products on the site. Also, I am using a higher WP version. I was wondering when you might be updating. Any help on this issue would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Linda,

    Does this happen only with product, which has role-based pricing set? Do you see pricing disappear when using one of the roles for with pricing rules or is it the same for non-logged users?

    It seems like compatibility issues with some other plugin that interferes pricing functions/stock levels/etc. You can try disabling other plugins one by one to check it. Also, you can use built-in support channel, choose ‘pre-sale question’ and share credentials with us there, so we could check your setup. Since we cannot reproduce the same issue on our side.

    Some of my clients products are ONLY FOR SALE to a certain role (Pro Staff, but also admin can see pricing). Other users whether logged in or not cannot see the special pricing—which is what we WANT (on some items they should see NO PRICING because the only prices in there are the role based ones, because the product isn’t available to anyone else). But even when logged in as Pro Staff some of the pricing isn’t showing. I will test to see if it’s a plugin compatibility issue, but I’m thinking it’s not. After testing if I still see the issue I will go to your support channel and give my credentials. I just need to make sure there are no issues before purchasing. Is there a trial period or anything like that for the Pro version?

    What you saying about displaying pricing will not change whether it’s the Premium or Free version of the plugin, since the hooks to modify prices are the same. Yes you can get a trial before purchase (from the wp-admin panel when upgrading) and also you can request a demo site with a clear setup here to test – https://rolepricing.meow-crew.com/demo/

    But sorry, I didn’t get this one:

    Yes this is still relevant. I’m doing some testing today by disabling all other plug-ins except for the role base pricing and a few other core plug-ins. If that doesn’t work I’m going to Go to your online support for customers who are considering buying and give them my credentials so they can have a look.

    So I tested all of the plugins in my clients site and I did find a plugin that conflicted with WooCommerce Role Based Pricing. It’s called PPOM for WooCommerce. Not sure what I’m going to do at this point as I need that plugin. Thanks for your help in this matter though. I really do like your plugin, it works great! You can close this ticket.
