Prices Keep Reverting to 0

    Hello,

    I am having an issue where after I set the price for each of the gift card variations, within 24 hours all of the prices revert back to 0 and the user is able to select a gift card for $0. I am not sure what to do. I use the Divi theme and utilize a caching plugin called WP Rocket, but the cache clears every 2 hours and the prices are usually still visible for 10+ hours, but they always revert back to 0 within a day. Can you provide any advice on how to address this? Thank you

    It sounds like there is a conflict coming from another plugin. Send me the “Active Plugins” section from the WooCommerce System Report (WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report) and I will see if there are any obvious candidates so we can troubleshoot further.
