Prices in Facebook different to prices in Woocommerce

I am having so many issues with this plugin.
The feed is not showing on Facebook, so I’ve followed the instructions to delete commerce manager and start again. I can now see the catalog generated by the plugin, but there are so many errors in it, which are preventing Facebook from activating the shop.
Many of the errors relate to prices showing as $0.00 in the Facebook catalog when they are not $0.00 in the product listing on Woocommerce. I’ve tried resyncing. How do I get these prices to show properly so I can resolve the issues and Facebook can activate the store?
I assume if I just edit the price at the Facebook end then I’m now having to manually edit everything every time (which defeats the purpose of an automated feed).
Same thing is happening with images – they are showing issues, so I fix at the Woocommerce end, but the changes don’t filter through.
I am all out of ideas.

Seems like you’re facing an issue where the product info that is pulled through to Facebook from WooCommerce isn’t correct.
This certainly isn’t ideal, especially for a plugin that’s supposed to generate an automated feed. Let’s see what we can do to help you fix this issue.
Firstly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. This will help us better understand how your site is set up and makes it easier for us to determine the next steps.

Thank you for your reply and your help. I’ll paste the status report below. Another question as well – how do I get the feed to update when I’ve made a change (and how often does the feed sync?). At the moment, if I change something on a product I then need to go to the plugin and snyc all products for the change to take effect.

Thanks for sharing the status report of the site.
At the moment, if I change something on a product I then need to go to the plugin and snyc all products for the change to take effect.
Does that mean that prices are syncing correctly after you perform a manual sync?
how do I get the feed to update when I’ve made a change (and how often does the feed sync?)
After you update a product, a product sync is automatically initiated and it should typically complete in under 10 minutes.
Do let us know if the manual sync is updating the product prices as expected so we can check and help you further.
No the issue with prices is still there with a manual sync. The only thing the manual sync does is lets me change a product price on Woocommerce and have it flow through to Facebook (after I’ve manually synced). There is still the separate issue with some prices showing as $0.00 on Facebook when they have a value on Woocommerce.
I’ll have to check again if the automatic snyc is working – I hadn’t realised it was as long as 10 minutes.

Yes I’ve followed those steps to do the manual snyc but I still have the same issues in that showing the wrong prices.
It is also showing products that are out of stock and set to “do not sync” – so that means it is syncing products it shouldn’t and these are showing up in the Facebook shop.

Thanks for trying that and letting us know the result.
Occasionally, deleting or resetting all products from the Facebook catalog and then letting things sync again is the only way to fix strange issues.

functions.phpfile or you can use a plugin like Code Snippets to add the snippet to your website.First, I’ll recommend you to Reset All Products and if that does not solve the issue then deleting all products from the Facebook catalog and then letting things sync again would be the next steps.
