Prices in Cart not updating with Quantity Change

    Hello!

    Just trying to get some assistance with an issue I’ve found with the prices as displayed in the Cart.

    We have installed the Advanced Calculations Plugin, allowing for us to generate more dynamic prices that, in our case, are dependent on field selection and quantities.

    This generates a dynamic price per unit, which is applied to generate the total price.

    However, when clicking “Add To Cart”, and navigating to the cart page, we run into an issue:

    If the quantity is edited within the cart, then the price per unit no longer changes dynamically, and stays at the amount it was before.

    The client can then choose to select that new quantity, with the incorrect pricing.

    So, to summarise what I require fixing: The Cart page, when editing the quantity, should also edit the price per unit using whatever calculations are involved in the initial page.

    I understand that you are facing some challenges with changing the pricing dynamically.

    As for Advanced Calculations Plugin, is this the plugin you are using? https://pluginrepublic.com/wordpress-plugins/advanced-calculations/ref/competethemes/?campaign=calculator-plugins . Please let us know. Rather, it would be best if you could share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Sorry, probably should have clarified: The way this issue was found was:

    Product Page images demonstrate what the prices SHOULD look like. This is generated by simply updating the product page quantity directly.

    I then added 1000 to the Cart. When changing the quantity to 2000, the ppu did not change, and so gave an incorrect value.

    Awfully sorry, I was fairly certain I had shared the site’s System Status report. It may have not gone through, it has a message saying:

    I presume this is to do with either the links to the images, or the vast amount of text in general. I will attempt to send the status report again the message after this one, in the event that message fails to send you will have this one explaining why.
