Prices do not update

    Hi!

    I tried to bulk edit prices of variations by increasing the dollar amount. It doesnt work for me.
    When i change the price it shows up in preview but when i hit the save button it runs and then prices return back to the original with no change.

    No idea?

    Hello,

    We just released version 1.11 of the free plugin that changes the way we save prices. Try this version and see if it still behaves incorrectly.

    Hi,
    I have updated to the new version but the problem persists. It doesnt update the prices.
    I want to update lots of variations by a fixed dollar amount. In preview it looks fine. When i click on save it runs saying “searching” and then it reverts back to the old price.
    No change on prices happening.

    Hello,

    We just released v1.13 which will output any error messages to the screen while saving. While this doesn’t fix the issue, it will aid in troubleshooting.

    Can you upgrade and try again? You should get some kind of error message which you can copy/paste here and we can fix the issue.

    I upgraded to 1.13 and tried again. However, does not work and does not output any error message…

    Hi Florian,

    We just released version 1.15 where we found a bug that could prevent the Sale Price from being changed past the Regular Price. We have been unable to reproduce the specific issue you are having, however this could be related.
