    Hi,

I have checked every combination but couldn’t find the reason, I would like to have your comments and help on this.

In Woocommerce settings, Standart Rate is 9.000% and the option for displaying prices in the shop is “including tax” but on the site, prices is being displayed exclusive.

Calculate tax based on: Customer Shipping Address (Which is within the country with the same location of the shop)
Prices entered with tax: Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax

    Thanks,

    Thanks for the clarification.

The WP STAGING Notes shared earlier then give a good lead here.

From the SSR you shared earlier, I see that you have a Must Use cache plugin on your live site.

    ### Must Use Plugins (2) ###
Endurance Page Cache: by Mike Hansen – 2.0.5

Since this plugin cannot be deactivated directly on WordPress, could you get in touch with your host to deactivate it for you? Also, be sure to inquire whether they have server-side caching, if so, they can disable it as well.

Once the cache is disabled, kindly check if the prices are displayed correctly on the live site using an incognito/private browser window.

Contacted to the hosting company, I will share results. Thanks @abwaita.

    Hi Again,

Hosting company has found that varnish cache was enabled and they have disabled it. Endurance Page Cache is now disabled as well.

After these, I have checked live site with 9% tax in igcognito mode, the result is the same. Prices are exclusive.

    What does this tell us?

    Hi @qumbalar,

Thanks for your report about the actions taken by the hosting company with regards to caching.

From the much visibility we have of the issue, we’ve covered the most probable causes of the issue stepwise, especially the WooCommerce configurations, conflicts, and caching.

However, since the price issue has persisted even with caching disabled (yet the staging sites do not show the same issue), the most viable way to proceed would be to get someone who you can give access to the site and take a closer look at everything as it could be something else not so obvious.

I could recommend getting a local developer who you can work with to try to check this for you. You can also consult with the WooCommerce Customizations Experts.

I hope this leads to a solution of the issue.

There is nothing much here furthermore then.
Thanks for kind approach and detailed focus @abwaita.

    Best,
