Prices displaying exclusive VAT, but are set to display inclusive

I set prices to show inclusive tax in settings. But they are showing with with vat exclusive price. One more strange thing. Price is showing inclusive vat price when I’m logged.

From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue where the prices on your site are displaying as VAT exclusive, even though you’ve set them to be inclusive of VAT in the settings. 1. Clear Cache: A simple caching problem could be the culprit. Try clearing your browser cache and any caching plugins you have on your WordPress site.

As for fatal errors. I played with adding functions to show prices both with and without vat. But I noticed today, that this somehow was not working. So I was playing with function code, so there was some fatal errors about this. All functions are now deleted.. looks no fatal errors.

As you’re using a child theme of Divi, it’s possible that the theme is overriding WooCommerce’s settings and causing the issue. To rule this out, I recommend temporarily switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the prices display correctly. If they do, the issue might be with the Divi child theme.

You also mentioned that you were playing with functions to show prices both with and without VAT. It’s possible that some code from these functions is still affecting the display of your prices. I recommend checking your theme’s functions.php file and any custom code snippets you might have added to your site.

The Product Lookup Tables regeneration usually doesn’t take long for a small number of products. However, if you have a large number of products, it can take some time. If the regeneration is complete and the issue persists, it’s likely not the cause of the problem.

Lastly, you have a number of plugins installed on your site. While I didn’t notice any known conflicting plugins in your system report, it’s still possible that a plugin is causing the issue. To rule this out, I recommend deactivating all your plugins except for WooCommerce, and then checking if the prices display correctly. If they do, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the prices after each one, to identify the conflicting plugin.

Also installed and activated storefront theme – no change.

Today I update database – no change.

All snipped code plugins deleted.

After database update, I will try to deactivate plugins and theme again during weekend.

Divi Child: functions.php is clear with no code – anyway we had only added second price with no vat.

Thank you for sending over screenshots of your settings.

I tested it on my staging site and couldn’t observe a difference in price when I was logged in or logged out.

I could notice you provided two screenshots of your tax options settings, one with “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” enabled and the other with “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax“. Make sure it’s with prices inclusive of tax.

Have you emptied your browser’s cache when you switched from exclusive to inclusive? Did you try from another device?
