Prices default to US$

  • I’ve installed this plugin and have added products using oEmbed and via a shortcode. I’m based in the UK and have geotargeting enabled.

    Although the links take me to the UK Amazon store (as expected), the prices on my site are displayed in US dollars. That’s likely to put off anyone outside from the USA from clicking on a product link. Is there a setting to enable the plugin to show prices in the users’ local currency?

    Ah, to specify a currency for users from abroad, there is no setting for it at the moment. Sorry.

    That’s a shame. This plugin did look good and I wanted to use it.

    I also noticed that, although the product title link was geo-targeted, the image always links to amazon.com. If the ads were entirely targeted to the user’s locality (price and all links) this would be a really excellent plugin.
