    I have been in touch with Yith support. It has to do with an Woocommerce Plugin called Yith Role Based Prices that is installed in our site.
    Recently, after our customers with a role based price (Dealers) has completed orders with us, our prices in Facebook shop has changed. All the products the Role Based User had bought with us, changed the price in Facebook shop.
    We have to do a manually sync after our Role Based User (dealers) has completed an order.
    I have been in touch with YITH Support. They have been looking into our site, but their answer was:

    I’m sorry but because my solution didn’t work, is necessary ask to Facebook plugin developer if is possible add the compatibility with our plugin.
    I don’t know how this plugin work so i can’t help you more than this.

    Is there any chance for our Yith Role Based Prices plugin to not send updated prices to our Facebook shop after their orders? Or get Yith’s plugin to be compatible with Facebook for Woocommerce plugin? Our Yith plugin is: YITH WooCommerce Role Based Prices, version 1.3.2

  • The best place for feature requests would be the WooCommerce Ideas board here: https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce Ideas there are reviewed by our developers and product managers and prioritized according to demand.

    Hi. I just received the answer from Yith developers.
    REF:
    I talked with our developers and we can’t add the integration with Facebook plugin, you need to a customization for this that we can’t do.

    What do do next?
    Any chance to get both plugin-developers to contact each other? We are stuck in the middle here. The email address for the Yith support is: [email protected]

    It seems like the best option would be to hire a developer and build a customized solution to integrate both the plugins. For customization, I recommend collaborating with a developer locally or with someone from our customizations page.
