    Hello!

I have an issue with the Woocommerce Multilingual plugin. The prices in the backend are ok, but on the product page, they are not the same!

    Thanks!

  • @alexannee you need to be a little more specific so we can investigate this.
Can you explain how we could see replicate this problem to see it in action? Thanks!

    Hello!

When I’m in the editor, I fix the price to 367 $ CAD or 264 Euros. But in the product page, the price is showing at 367$ CAD or 190 Euros..

Here is the link to the product : https://ogarden.org/produit/commande-ogarden-paie-4-versements/

    Thanks!

    Hello @alexannee
Perhaps you have activated to set price in the other currency and you might have set that value.
I would suggest you to check if you are using proper currency exchange rate in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Multicurrency – and edit your currency there, and then check and edit the product and see if there is a price set in the other currency to that value – There should be an option when you edit the product – below the product price – the option is called: Set prices in other currencies manually

If nothing of this tips helps, perhaps it would be best if you contact our team of highly skilled supporters at wpml.org forums. They should be able to help you with the problem.
