Prices being rounded up

Using 2.0.6, when we add rates manually or via a CSV the system is rounding the prices up or down to the next whole number e.g. 1.22 becomes 1 and 1.78 becomes 2.

I have double checked the settings on Woocommerce to show it’s using decimals, is there a solution to solve this?
