    Hi,
I’m writing the tutorial “How to test”, it’s not finished, but, I think it can help you:

    Thanks Oscar!

I managed to figure it out through information from the link you provided. Apparently, it appears that I did not have GeoIP installed. Thanks a lot! Awesome plugin btw!

Hi, I’m happy it’s working well now.

Can you help me give PBC a boost? If you add a 5-star review, you will help PBC to keep improving.

    Thank you in advance.

    Oscar.

    Hi Oscar,

Please could you see https://www.shoestix.com. I have everything set up but my site automatically shows products in dollars even though I am in the UK so would expect to see prices in £s.

Do WooCommerce products not show in the geolocated currency in all areas of the site or is it only updated once they have entered their shipping/billing address?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,
I checked that if I set the country with the wcpbc-manual-country parameter, the price is shown in GBP:

    https://www.shoestix.com/?wcpbc-manual-country=GB

and if you browse by your site the prices keep in GBP, so, it is not a cache problem.
do you have “Test Mode” active?

    Thanks for your reply!

No, I don’t have test mode enabled.

    Any other ideas?

another plugin is overwriting the country…
PBC is working, check your other plugins to find out which is causing the conflict with WooCommerce Geolocation.

    Regards,
    Oscar.

Hmm, I have deactivated and tested all of the plugins that seems relevant to me and no joy… ??

Any other thoughts or ways to check?

    Thanks

I think is a problem related with you multi-language settings..

I thought the same but then deactivated qTranslate and it didn’t help.

    So I’m really not sure!

    Hi Oscar,

Just wanted to update you on this.

    1. I did a trial and error test on all plugins and nothing solved this.
    2. I spoke to my hosting people (Bluehost) and they say it’s nothing on their end.
    3. I deactivated your plugin and tried WooCommerce Currency Switcher. That plugin seems to work fine but I prefer the interface on yours and so would like to use it.

This leads me to believe it must be something incompatible with your plugin and my site. Any more ideas?

    Thanks,
    Sean
