Prices are Not Correct

After I updated WordPress 4.2.1 everything went crazy. So, you know I have already did the following:

Check with other themes and deactivated plugins.

Nothing seems to work. I upgraded to 4.2.2 hoping this would fix the issue but it did not.

The problem is when I put a certain price in admin/products let’s say 7.99 it shows up as 7.82 on the product page but in the cart and checkout it will show 7.99 then shop back to 7.82.

When I ad variations it is even worse.
