    Hello,

If I enter a price of 50 EUR for a product, I would like the price of 50 EUR including VAT to appear on the product page and the price minus VAT to appear next to the product in round brackets.

Then it should say Product Price: 50 EUR (Price excl. VAT: 40 EUR). Instead, I get Product Price: 62.50 EUR (Price excl. VAT: 50 EUR).

    My settings in WooCommerce/Tax options:

-Prices entered with tax/ Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax

-Calculate tax based on/ Customer shipping address

-Shipping tax class/ Shipping tax class based on cart items

-Display prices in the shop/ Including tax

-Display prices during cart and checkout/ Including tax

-Price display suffix/ [Price excl. VAT: {price_excluding_tax}]

    -Display tax totals/ Itemized

    Thank you

    Hi @t5mlfgk116pmoq,

Thank you for providing the details of your setup!

To help investigate this issue further, could you please share a screenshot of your WooCommerce > Settings > Tax page? This will allow us to verify if all settings are correct, including the tax classes and calculations.

Additionally, if possible, a screenshot of the product settings where the price is entered could also be useful to ensure everything is configured as expected.

Once we have that information, we’ll be able to assist you more effectively. Looking forward to your reply!

    Done.

This is the link with the requested information https://drive.proton.me/urls/G6NP9E66SM#mH737ZYAwc5m (password: Woocommerce)

The “Tax settings_6.png” it is the screen (yellow color) only of the price that is published on the frontend side of the product after I have entered the price of EUR 50 (I do not want it to be net of VAT and for it to be added, but I want it to be already gross of VAT, so that it is the price already inclusive of VAT).

    Thank you!

    Hi @t5mlfgk116pmoq ,

Thanks for the screenshots! I understand you’re seeing an issue where entering a product price of €50 ends up displaying as €62.50 (Price excl. VAT: €50) on the product page. I’ve tried replicating this issue using a sandbox site with your? preferred setup, including the Croatia region and tax settings, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the problem. Here’s a screenshot for reference.

To troubleshoot further, I recommend running a conflict test. This involves:

    1. Temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront.
    2. Disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and checking if the issue persists.

If the problem is resolved, reactivate your plugins one at a time to identify which one might be causing the issue.

Please give this a try and let me know how it goes! ??
