Hello, I created a shop to a client, but when she create a variable product, after choosing the variantions the price don’t show up.

If I try to see in one product I created for test, the price shows up.

We change the configuration to decimal numbers and didn’t work, even if we try use a price without the decimal values, the price don’t show up.

    Hi @matttrovao

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the price of your products are not showing on your site, correct?

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Let us know how it goes!

Hi, I did that in my localhost, the price show up again, but if I disable all plugins (expect Woocommerce) the price still dosen’t shows up.

I created another product to test, but got the same problem. When I code the theme, I was careful to don’t change the price part in Woocommerce, to avoid any problems.

I have one copy in Webhost where the client can test and tell me what needs to be fix. Before you see what is happening I need you know that is a store that sells lingeries and anothers type of woman’s underwear here is the links:

    Hi @matttrovao

Hi, I did that in my localhost, the price show up again, but if I disable all plugins (expect Woocommerce) the price still dosen’t shows up.

Thank you for trying the solution suggested above. While WooCommerce is still the only active plugin, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme as well and see if this resolves the issue?

Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Thanks!
