    Hi Birken,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

This is a very hard question to answer. Unfortunately, Pixel Cat is not able to send a dynamic pricing variable with the Purchase event which would be the ideal solution to this.

One could think it would be better to go with the higher price as opposed to the lower price so as to not think the profit margin on Product and ad spend is too high.

Sorry I cannot offer more advice.

    All the best.

    Hi Birken,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Num_items is basically the number of items that are getting purchased. So yes in your case if the average is 4 items times 5.99 then you would put 4 in the num_items field.

I hope that answers your question.

    All the best.

    Hi Birken,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Sorry for the confusion, you may need to test it out to get it working for your specific needs.

Our system will not be able to calculate the average so it is best you enter 4 in the num_items field and 23.96 in the value field.

But if you use Woocommerce you may not need to create this specific Purchase event as per my comment in your other thread you started. It will probably require some trial and error for your specific use case regarding the varying price and amount.

I hope that answers your question.

    All the best.
