• Hello,

    I am using the multi-currency module of your plugin but have found that if one of the price field is left blank for one product variant it doesn’t show the ‘unavailable’ message, it just gets the regular price and puts the current currency symbol beside it. I have contacted you via email three time for help with this but have had no reply. Please can you reply to this or I will need to find an alternative plugin and request a refund from you as your plugin seems to have problems, or perhaps I’m using it incorrectly, I don’t know for sure.

  • Hi Jo,

    I believe in your case the currency is changed and value converted using provided exchange rate in the “Multicurrency (Currency Switcher)” module.

    Hello Rokas,

    So it’s using the exchange rate when it shouldn’t be? The plugin is set not to use an exchange rate so if a price isn’t entered it should show an unavailable.

    Please can you tell me when this bug will be fixed? Otherwise I will need to ask for a refund as I need to complete this project asap.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
