Price shown with and without VAT in checkout process

    Hi,

    I just tested the latest version of the plugin with WP 4.4.1.
    In my SHM, the price is €4.00 for shipping in Belgium.

    On the checkout page, the price displays as ‘Bpost shipping (vanaf) €4.84 (so 21% VAT included).
    In the shipping selection process, the price is listed as €4.00 (so without 21% VAT).

    When I complete the order, the shipping cost is €4.84 in the order summary.
    This is (again) very confusing for the customer.

    Furthermore, I can’t input a shipping cost of €4.917 in the SHM, it’ll only accept 2 digits behind the comma. If I want to have a shipping cost of €5,95, i’m kinda screwed at the moment, because I can’t input €4.917.

    Can you please check this?
