Price Period Not Changing

    Hi,
    Our client changed a property from ‘property for rent’ to ‘property for sale’.

    The price however still has ‘Per Month’ next to it.

    I’ve looked into the database and It appears that the Price Period did not change (both the column price_period in wpl_properties, and in the (what look like) json object in the rendered column. I’m unsure if this value is stored anywhere else.

    Is this a known issue or is my install not working properly?

    (WPL v 3.3.1. WP v4.7.3)

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback. We checked this issue in our development environment and it’s not happening there so I think something is wrong on your website.

    BTW, Please do the followings:

    1- Edit the listing.
    2- Set the listing type to “For Rent” for a moment.
    3- Change Price Type to “Select”.
    4- Set the listing type again to “For Sale”.
    5- Finalize the listing.
