Price per KM no feature for some regions.

    in some regions like Gujarat. many taxi owners/association use rate per kilometres. (for e.g. : 10 Rs. /Km Non AC – 12 Rs./Km AC ) and when only one way (only drop) trip, many of them charge return price because while returning after dropping a client the cab will be empty. so here in Gujarat, there’s no hourly rate. only Rate per KM or (Rate per Day – (when car given as self-drive) )

    You can set initial price on a transport or you can say fixed minimum amount for a transport. If you want to charge someone for returning empty you can set the price on initial price field
