Price not updating in bulk

I have uploaded a bulk file in which there are 3 columns “price”,”regular_price” and “sale_price”. For master SKU there is a “price” lets say 1999 and for variants i’hv added a “regular_price” as 1999 and “sale_price” lets say 999. After uploading everything is filled correctly but price is not there in front end of site. When i open and just save again then price shows automatically.
i can’t find out why this happens there. Please help me asap
