Price not showing correctly on google ads

In case you are experiencing a price missmatch error in GMC, first, you need to check if the feed has the correct price. Match the items price on website and on the feed. If those are same then the issue you are reporting shouldn’t happen. However, if the price is not the same on the feed and the website then the possible reason could be a feed misconfiguration.

So, please, check the feed and the price again and let us know. However, if you are still unable to find the exact reason, please, reach us again with the below resources –

• Error report from GMC
• System status. Go to CTX Feed > Status > COpy and paste here

Please try to understand my issue i am saying that price showing correctly on google shopping ads but whenever any customer check our price on google shopping ads tab its showing price + tax but my price is all inclusive of tax please check the screenshot you will able to understand so my issue is our price is all inclusive of taxes then why under shopping ads tab its showing price + tax I don’t want to show + tax

Hi @ishwar365

Our plugin is responsible for getting prices from woocommerce and there is no option you can separate tax from the price in the feed when you set the price to be price+tax by default in WooCommerece.

In your case, GMC is adding tax to your price according to the selling country’s TAX regulations, as you are not adding any additional tax attribute to the feed to override GMC’s default TAX settings. To override GMC’s tax settings, you need to add the tax attribute to the feed and doing this will remove the +Tax annotations from your products on shopping.

To remove the annotation, try disabling TAX option from here and check if it removes the tax annotation.

However, if you are still unable to remove it, please, contact Google merchant support regarding this issue.

I tried all method provided by you and infact i even contact merchant center they told me that tax is already disable on merchant center and they told to contact developer i even contact my developer he told to contact ctx support. Now where to go tell me? Can you take teamviewer access and check setting?
