Price issue

    Hi,
    I have a working product feed with the Channel: Zap.co.il, and in the Attribute “Price”, I have the Value “Price”.
    The issue begins withe the fact that I have the well known plugin called “Woo Discount Rules” and I applied a discount through this plugin on products.

    The issue I have is that the product feed is not showing the price after the discount applied with this plugin. Can you help me solve this issue?
    This is a well known plugin (the “Woo Discount Rules”) and it doesn’t make sense that your plugin doesn’t support it…

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Like you guessed already our plugin, unfortunately, does not support the Woo Discount Rules plugin.

    There are thousands of plugins out there and we can’t support them all. Only when we receive multiple requests from (lots) of different users to build in support for a plugin we will investigate if that’s possible. Unfortunately we have never received previous requests for adding support for the Woo Discount Rules plugin so we won’t support it yet.

    This is the most famous plugin for discount.. Can’t you support it, even for some manual fix just for me for some price?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we cannot. Adding support for it to our plugin would mean we would have to make changes to the coding of our plugin.

    • It would take time (thus money) from our developers who have a long list of things to add to our plugin;
    • It could break functionality for other users;

    We are only willing to do so when multiple users requested support for it.
