Price is wrong

    We use a currency switcher (Aelia) but default currency is THB. However, it looks like the feed uses USD prices, then denominates with THB instead of USD. We want the THB price of course. Already set THB in the feed settings.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    You are getting this issue because we don’t have the compatibility support for Aelia Currency Switcher.

    However, using Aelia Currency Switcher, it seems to override WooCommerce’s default currency, as a result, your currency is changed with THB instead of USD.

    We are looking for a way to resolve this issue.

    Can you please give us a screenshot of your WooCommerce Currency settings, a full-page screenshot of your active feed attributes settings, and a screenshot of Aelia currency settings?

    Also, “Any idea why the price in the feed is different from the price on the website?” – Do you mean the above currency issue?

    Can we do this on email? It is very tedious that I can’t post images.

    I have to upload to cloud and link to them all the time. I have other things to do.

    The product price on the feed does not match any of the currencies on my website. I don’t know where the feed is getting the price from.
