Price is off on shipping

  • Hello. I bought the deluxe fedex plugin version. I had a customer from Canada order 2 items and the shipping was pretty low. When I actually printed out the label from my fedex account the shipping was more expensive. Is there any way for me to change the shipping for certain international shipments through the plugin?

    In order to understand the problem with rates, can you please provide us the following info :

    – Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.

    We will analyze the debug response and immediately provide you the solution.

    NOTE : Before sending the details here, make sure that you delete/remove the account information from the request as this is a public forum.
