price is not changing in woo shortcodes

    Hi, when using shortcodes like [products per_page=”28″ columns=”4″ visibility=”featured”] it shows only the retail price.
    In product listing, or product details it’s working.
    I’m using wc 3.2.3

    Is there a solution?

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you are having trouble there!

    I’ve just tested it on my installation and it works correctly. I can see the wholesale price using a wholesale account. Maybe there’s something in your site that modify the shortcode. Could you please try to debug the issue by changing your theme to WordPress’ stock theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and deactivating other plugins to see if the issue persists or not? If not, then you can find the culprit by changing the theme back and activating the plugins one by one.

    Hi, thank you for your response.
    With theme 2017 works.
    Somehow changing back to other theme worked.
    I’ll get in touch with theme developer, maybe they override somehow the function.
