Hello, I see that in the article configuration you can include a variation in the price. Can this variation be a percentage? there is no fixed amount. For example instead of +10$ can I add +12%?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Sorry about the delay in responding.

Sorry I’m not too clear about your request.

You want to use a percentage of which value?

    My item has sizes.
    For example:
In size 1 has a base cost of 10
    In size 2 cost 10+1.5%
    In size 3 cost 10+2.3%
    In size 4 cost 10+3.5%
And from time to time I need to change the base value of the product to size 1 and have it affect the rest of the sizes.

There are a couple of ways to achieve this, which depend on your setup

    • If the base cost can be the product price (set in WooCommerce), then the extra price of size 2 and up and be set to use a percentage of the product price.
    • One is with a combination of the Extra price and Form fields add-on, which allows using a formula to calculate a price.
    • The other solution, which will be available soon, is if size 1 gets its price from a linked product. I will soon release a new version of the Linked product add-on where the linked product price can be used with a percentage.
